Visitor Information

Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information is done in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available at mcc.ca. Personal Identifier, Candidate Code and Password

Any candidate code, password, or other personal identification number assigned to an individual by MCC is an important piece of information and could be linked to personal information. Individuals are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their candidate code, password, or other personal identification number at all times, and must notify MCC immediately of any need to change or deactivate such code or number.

The MCC reserves the right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any Materials contained on the Site. These Terms of Use and your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws in force in the Province of Ontario, Canada without regard to conflict of laws. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Ontario. If any provision hereof is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force without being invalidated in any way.
